What a privilege it is to have this opportunity to
work with your children using this amazing Harbor School Method!! Hi, my
name is Ann Tschikof (that’s “chick-off”) and this is my 6th year teaching
at Compass. After living on both coasts (as well as in between) and completing a BS (elementary/special and
bilingual education) and master’s degree (Ed Psych/LH credential), I moved
to Boise with my young family in 1993. I love Idaho and am blessed to be
able to call it my home. I live in Meridian with my husband, Randy and our 3
dogs. My two very active, athletic and academically successful kids, Kelly,
21 (at BSU) and Tyler, 19 (playing college soccer in Walla Walla) live on
their own (for now
J).
Throughout my 29-year career, I’ve
taught three-year-olds through college students, in regular and special
education, and have worked 11 years as a school administrator.
I look forward to a tremendous year
at Compass Public Charter. After
working with 6th graders for these last five years (which I
adored), I was offered the chance to work with 4th graders. I
accepted the offer and am very excited to begin this new adventure with your
children.
