Dear Parents,
    It is with great pleasure and excitement to announce the Compass Aviator Yearbook Club. We are looking for parents and students (grades 5th – 8th) who would like to assist in the development of an outstanding yearbook. The club will meet the first Monday of the month beginning in November at 3:30 pm (date and time are flexible) in the Elementary Computer Lab. This year we are using a new company, Memories. If you are interested in impacting the design and content of this year’s yearbook then this is the club for you. We could really use your help by taking various pictures in your child’s class.

I was born in Lakeland, Florida but grew up in Miami, Florida.  I spent 8 years in the Air Force Reserve as a Security Police. My Bachelor of Arts degree (Elementary Education) is from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL.  In 2000 I earned a Master of Science (Teaching Computers in Education) at the University of Phoenix in Tempe, AZ.  I have spent 9 years teaching computers to Junior High students. I am happily married to a wonderful woman, Debbie, who is also a certified Elementary teacher.  We have two sons Luke and Koben who are four years old and seven months respectively.
